National Geographic visting...

National Geographic Television is in Cody and up at Sleeping Giant shooting their final sequences for the production, World's Greatest Fixes, this week.  They are here until Monday, November 2 videotaping some High School ski team volunteers doing maintenance on the mountain on Friday, a lift evacuation practice on Saturday and the big "splice" on Sunday.  The "splice" refers to welding the wire cable together, making one continuous loop for the chairlift. This is being done on the new west chair.
