Sleeping Giant will not be opening this Friday, December 17, 2021. We have done everything we possibly can on our end to make snow, but like many other ski areas in the region, Sleeping Giant awaits natural snowfall and cooler temperatures necessary for snowmaking efforts to create a solid base. At this time, we cannot guarantee a specific opening date, yet the crew is eager to be open and asks the community to stay optimistic. A snow dance ritual won't hurt either.

Sleeping Giant currently has merchandise on sale and available at The Beta Cafe. The crew will also be at Sunlight Sports this Friday, December 17, 2021, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm to print season passes for those who still need to pick them up. If you are looking to purchase lift tickets or tubing tickets for stocking stuffers, please find them on our website, or if you would like the tangible print out, please email mhamel@skisg.com.
